Resetting Forgotten and lost passwords
It's frustrating when you've forgotten or lost your password, but Team Absence makes it simple for you to just get on with your day.
Visit the login page and click on the 'Forgotten or don't know your password?' link. Administrators can also send out a password reset email to anyone at the company from the People tab of the company dashboard.
Enter your email address in the password reset form and we'll send you an email with a special link in it that will let you set a new password for your account.
Click on the link in the email you receive and enter your new password. We ask you to enter it twice to make sure there are no accidental typo's, but once you complete this form your new password will be set up and you'll be back in Team Absence before you know it.
Please note, that for security reasons, the link we send you can only be used once, and will only work for a few hours after we send it. If it has expired, you will need to ask for a fresh one again.
